Adidas × Mastermind Japan

German sportswear brand Adidas and Japanese streetwear label Mastermind Japan have had a long history together. The two linked up for the first time in 2010 on a pair of Hardlands and have released multiple Adidas Mastermind shoes since, blending Adidas' clean sports aesthetic with Mastermind's monochrome colorways and recognizable skull motif. In addition to footwear, the Adidas x Mastermind Japan partnership has also brought multiple capsule collections with releases almost every year since 2013. Highlights in the Mastermind x Adidas collections are the high-top Rivalry sneakers from 2013, as well as the Pro Model silhouette from the same year.
