Bape × Mastermind Japan

Japanese streetwear legends BAPE and Mastermind Japan haved worked together for decades. Since the first BAPE x Mastermind collab in 2005, the partnership has had several iterations with a diverse product offering, including footwear, sunglasses, hoodies and t-shirts.

With both brands originally hailing from Harajuku, Tokyo, the Mastermind BAPE collaborations show the apex in Japanese streetwear. Highlights from the partnership are the BAPE x Mastermind Doc Martens from 2021, as well as the various BAPE Mastermind hoodies, combining BAPE's Shark hoodie design and branding elements with Mastermind's signature skulls and crossbones.
